Return Timeframe

You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• It must also be in the original packaging.
• You must provide proof of purchase (e.g. receipt, order confirmation email).

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:

• Custom-made or personalized accessories
• Items that show signs of use, installation, or damage not caused by AR Legacy
• Electronics, Bulbs etc

Important: We will not warrant DIY (Do-It-Yourself) fitments. Products that are self-installed without professional assistance are not covered under our return or warranty policy. Improper installation may result in damage and void eligibility for returns or refunds.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item:

We will provide instructions for returning the item. Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g. incorrect or defective item).
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
